about

history

Since our group was founded in 2005, we’ve recorded three albums! You can stream "Vocaholics Anonymous", "VocaholX", and our most recent album, "Everything's Fine", on Spotify, Apple Music and TIDAL!

At the beginning of the 2016-17 school year, we officially announced that we had decided to become a gender-inclusive a cappella group rather than an all-male one. We strive to constantly grow and improve, and we pride ourselves in our openness to change and development.

Vision

In March of 2019, the Vocaholics placed first in the ICCA Northeast Quarterfinals, also winning Best Soloist that year. In March of 2020, the Vocaholics were invited to perform at the ICCA Northeast Quarterfinals in Manhattan New York and took home first place, and were also awarded best soloist, best vocal percussion, and best arrangement awards. Unfortunately, semi-finals were canceled due to the global pandemic. This past year, the Vocaholics placed second at the ICCA Northeast Quarterfinals in Manhattan and were also awarded best soloist and best arrangement. While we were unable to attend the ICCA Northeast Semifinals due to COVID complications, we are excited for the upcoming school year and and cannot wait to see what the year has in store for us.
